  • 1. How do I track my order?
    Tracking numbers are emailed when orders are shipped. They can be tracked using the USPS and DHL websites.
  • 2. How do I make a return/request a refund?
    Return your purchase through the mail with free returns on most purchases. Original shipping fees are not refunded. Returns will receive a refund based on the original form of payment.
  • 3. Can I exchange an item?
    Yes, items can be exchanged EXCEPT swimwear. Swimwear sales are final. You may contact us to begin an exchange. The replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received. Shipping fees apply to all exchanges. Orders may also be picked up locally from our Northern Virginia showroom.
  • 4. What Payment Method do you accept?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards, Paypal, Afterpay, Sezzle, and wire transfers
  • 5. Do you make custom clothing?
    Some of our clothes are custom made, one of a kind.
  • 6. How do I request a style consultation?
    Send us an email at cg@houseofcg.com and we will send you the meeting link for the consultation. If you are local, we can travel to you as well for the consultation.
  • 7. How long do I have to return my item?
    You have 30 days to return all eligible to be returned items
